This offer is not often available and will only be offered to customers who register interest and provide their contact information on 13th June 2026 at our Garden Party.

Our Timber Garden Rooms range is a bespoke cabin product and can be configured to your custom size and requirements. We can organise this at our show site in Ripley, or over the phone or via email – just get in touch and we’d love to help make the Garden Room of your dreams a reality.

Timber Garden Rooms 10% Open Day Offer Terms and Conditions
This offer applies to Titan Garden Buildings’ Timber Garden Rooms range, supplied by Lugarde.Customers who place an order, request a quote, or register their interest by providing valid contact information on Saturday 13 June 2026 may be eligible for a 10% discount on the standard Timber Garden Room building price.
The 10% discount applies to the building price only. It does not apply to additional products, services or optional extras, including but not limited to installation, insulation, wood treatment, air conditioning, electrical works, base works, delivery upgrades, accessories or any item not included as standard within the original building price.
As Timber Garden Rooms are bespoke buildings configured for each customer, the discount will be applied to the configured building price before any additional extras or services are added.
Eligible quotes issued under this offer will be held until 31 July 2026. To receive the discounted price, the customer must proceed with their order by this date. After 31 July 2026, Titan Garden Buildings reserves the right to re-quote the building at the current price.
This offer is only valid for customers who order, request a quote, or provide valid contact details on Saturday 13 June 2026. It is not transferable to another customer, project, property, product range or later date. It cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders or quotes.
The offer is only valid on the Timber Garden Rooms range and does not apply to Titan Cabins, SIP Garden Rooms, Titan Sheds or any other product range unless confirmed in writing by Titan Garden Buildings.
The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount unless agreed in writing by Titan Garden Buildings.
If the specification, size, design or configuration of the building changes after the original quote, the discount may be recalculated against the revised eligible building price.
All orders remain subject to Titan Garden Buildings’ standard terms and conditions of sale, which are available on our website and on request. All prices, specifications and lead times are subject to confirmation at the point of order.
Titan Garden Buildings reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer where necessary due to supplier changes, errors, omissions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
This offer has no cash alternative. Your statutory rights are not affected.
